What data I collect
Only the information you choose to provide in the contact form or in your message:
- first name and surname,
- name of the theatre or production,
- email address and phone number,
- project details (title, premiere date, number of characters, budget).
Purpose and legal basis
I process your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we decide to work together, to enter into and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I also retain our correspondence on the basis of my legitimate interest in maintaining contact and, where necessary, establishing or defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long I keep your data
Data from enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration, for up to [12 months] from our last contact. Data relating to a contract, for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
Who I share your data with
